The big, upside-down purple cow returns to graze on the South Bank for an ox-cellent eighth year!

The Udderbelly Festival is back for 2016’s Great British Summer, and we were proud to have worked with Udderbelly for another consecutive year.

We produced most of the outdoor print in, on, and around the venue, including over 150 foamex showboards which promoted the array of fantastic comedy shows the festival had on.

Materials used

Concept Foundry prints on Foamex – Foamex is a rigid PVC board which is lightweight and durable. Foamex is perfect for projects like this because of its versatility, suiting both indoor and outdoor events.

The promotional cubes for Udderbelly will grab the attention of passers-by on Southbank. Their bold and colourful presence perfectly compliments and reflects the vibrancy of Udderbelly events.

The printed boxes are on 5mm Foamex panels, which were applied to timber promotional cube frames. We believe these are going to be great at catching the eye of Londoners and tourists alike.

These boards are regularly updated through the summer so that they’re in line with the festivals ongoing schedule. The promotional Cubes are a practical way of ensuring that Udderbelly can continue to promote the latest and upcoming shows throughout the summer run.

The Programme

Udderbelly, yet again, is presenting an awesome programme. The front runner leading the show this year is Closer, by the internationally acclaimed contemporary circus company Circa. Circa’s astounding circus performers will take your breath away with their skills and artistry. Expect incredible acrobatics and aerial spectacles that reveals the extremes and limitations of the human body in this intimate encounter.

The 2016 Udderbelly line up includes a sensational circus, great comedy and friendly children’s shows, along with a pasture that boasts a buzzing atmosphere throughout the season.

So, with something to entertain everyone at this year’s festival, why not take a visit?

Concept Foundry is proud to have been appointed to work with Udderbelly again and we hope you spot some of our work on the Southbank.
